  • Allegheny County residents can contact Resolve Crisis Services at 1-888-796-8226. Resolve provides free, 24/7, 365-day crisis support to all residents of Allegheny County, regardless of ability to pay. Their services are sponsored by Allegheny County and UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital.

  • You can also contact 988 for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline.
