WE'RE SEEKING QUALIFIED THERAPISTS TO JOIN OUR STAFF.
Here at Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Solutions, we offer employees the opportunity to work at a well-established, highly recommended private practice with great clients and colleagues. Our practice offers a supportive environment with frequent collaboration with fellow therapists, as well as our in-house psychiatrist and physician assistant. Our staff members are highly experienced, holding previous positions in environments such as intensive outpatient programs, partial hospitalization programs, wraparound services, and family-based therapy. However, we also host students who are excited to learn and welcome practitioners who are new to the field.

All CAPS employees have the opportunity to work in-office or remotely from home. Our therapists have the flexibility to choose their own hours for a full-time or part-time caseload. We offer credentialing with most major insurance providers and competitive percentage-based salary packages.

Our ideal candidates have a commitment to serving children, teens, young adults, and their families with a variety of needs, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, family or relational conflict, or other needs. Candidates must have a license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania. Experience working in clinical settings that provide clients with a higher level of care is a bonus!
